Kimberlee Sweeney and Nikki Bould are a team of two certified professionals, supporting parents to navigate separation with clarity and confidence. They offer structured, child-focused guidance to help families create workable Co Parenting arrangements across two homes.
The Co Parenting Specialists’ approach is grounded in specialised training, including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Divorce Coaching, Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Mediation, conflict coaching, Conflict and Communications Coaching and child inclusive practice.
The Co Parenting Specialists work alongside a trusted network of wraparound professionals, including legal, child inclusion specialists, wellbeing, mediation, and financial support, so families can access coordinated care when needed.
Kimberlee is a Co‑Parenting Specialist, Divorce and Separation and Relationship Coach, Mediator, and advocate with many years of training and professional experience supporting families through separation, and over 16 years of lived experience navigating co‑parenting herself.
Her work blends practical tools with emotional intelligence, helping parents reduce conflict, communicate with clarity, and create healthier environments for their children.
After experiencing firsthand the challenges, misunderstandings, and emotional weight that come with co‑parenting, Kimberlee became committed to ensuring that other families didn’t have to walk that path alone. Her lived experience gives her a grounded, empathetic understanding of what parents are truly facing - while her professional training equips her to guide them with structure, strategy, and confidence.
Over the past decade, she has supported hundreds of parents, caregivers, and blended families through one‑on‑one coaching and tailored communication frameworks.
Kimberlee is known for her calm, clear, and compassionate approach. She distils complex, emotionally charged situations into simple, actionable steps that parents can use immediately. Her work is grounded in emotional intelligence and communication models such as BIFF (Brief, Informative, Friendly, Firm).

Nikki Bould is a Co-Parenting Specialist, Divorce and Separation and Relationship Coach, Mediator, Educator and advocate wtih many years working within dispute resolution in work place and with families. Nikki Bould is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution provider also.
She supports co-parents to engage in constructive decision making and reach child focused outcomes. Her work is grounded in alternative dispute resolution principles and a thorough understanding of family systems.
Nikki’s approach is calm, structured and supportive. She ensures all voices are heard within the process, while keeping discussions future-focused and purposeful. Her approach is guided by a strong focus on the best interests of children, supporting parents to make decisions that are practical, sustainable and responsive to their children’s needs. Where emotions are heightened or conversations have become difficult, she brings a calm and steady presence, de-escalating conflict and supporting more productive communication.
From decision-making assistance and communication coaching to emotional management and mediation, Nikki provides a holistic approach tailored to your needs. As a dual certified divorce and an accredited mediator, she brings a unique blend of expertise to build emotional capacity and reduce conflict to reach sustainable agreements.
