Foundations supports parents in thinking through the practical realities of co parenting and to begin shaping clear, child focused arrangements for life across two homes. It is designed to support respectful communication and long-term cooperation, so both parents can move forward with confidence.

This service is best suited to parents who are early in the separation process and want to set things up well from the start. It is ideal for families who are largely amicable, or who are motivated to keep things calm and constructive, while still needing support to work through the emotional and practical shifts that come with separation.

Foundations provides structured guidance to help you:

• clarify what your children need most as they adjust

• think through the practical realities of two homes

• identify likely pressure points before they turn into conflict

• develop workable routines, boundaries, and communication approaches

• plan for how decisions will be made as circumstances change over time

• consider elements for your co parenting plan

Many parents also find Foundations helpful before Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), or before starting relationship property discussions with a lawyer, as it helps reduce stress, improve clarity, and keep negotiations more constructive.

Shared total for Foundations is $2500, which includes a discovery call to assess the suitability of this package to your needs. You will receive 6 individual sessions each with your dedicated coaches.

NB: An add-on for Round Table Meeting package will be required if a parenting plan is needed.
