Resolution Package
$5,000.00
The Resolution Package is designed for parents navigating separation in the most challenging circumstances where tensions are high, communication has broken down, or conflict has become deeply entrenched. It is especially suited to families who have not had success with FDR mediation or who have been through a litigated process and now need a more individually supported, child‑focused pathway forward.
This service is appropriate for families with higher levels of conflict, complex dynamics, or parallel parenting situations and blended families.
Resolution provides structured, professional support to help you with:
De‑escalation strategies for tense or triggering interactions
Communication frameworks designed specifically for high‑conflict situations
Tools for managing parallel parenting when cooperation is limited
Approaches for reducing children’s exposure to conflict
Protocols for decision‑making, information‑sharing, and boundaries
Support for navigating post‑litigation dynamics, mistrust, or unresolved grievances
Our work is grounded in specialised training, including Family Dispute Resolution mediation, conflict coaching, and communication coaching. We support a child inclusive practise, working across a wide range of conflict levels while keeping the focus firmly on children’s wellbeing and long term family functioning.
We also collaborate with a trusted network of professionals who share our values and approach. This includes legal advisers, wellbeing practitioners, child inclusive specialists, mediators, and financial professionals. Where appropriate, they work alongside us to provide coordinated support, so families do not have to navigate multiple services on their own.
Shared total for Resolution is $5,000, which includes a discovery call to assess whether this package meets your needs. You will receive 12 individual sessions each with your dedicated coaches. Your coaches have professional accounts and can monitor communication over the OurFamilyWizard app to assist in resolving conflict.
NB: An add-on for Round Table Meeting package may be required if a parenting plan is needed.
