An optional add on to individual coaching, this structured round table session brings together the key adults involved in a child’s care, alongside both coaches, to develop practical agreements. For families who would benefit from a structured, facilitated conversation, we offer round table sessions as an optional next step after coaching.

This meeting brings together the relevant caregivers in a child’s life, which may include parents, step parents, grandparents, or other significant adults, alongside both coaches. The purpose is to create practical, workable agreements that support stability and clarity for the children.

Topics may include:

  • Shared care arrangements

  • Decision making processes

  • Allocation of children’s expenses

  • Nesting agreements

  • Blended family co parenting protocols

  • Interim care arrangements prior to mediation

The session is solution focused and child centred. It is designed to clarify expectations, reduce misunderstandings, and create a written record of what has been agreed.

Some matters require more than one conversation. If additional time is needed to work through complex issues or refine proposals, further sessions can be arranged. Longer sessions can also be booked in advance where appropriate.

This option allows families to move forward constructively while maintaining flexibility and control over the pace of decision making.

The fee of $1000 covers a two hour meeting with all parties and both coaches. Where agreement is reached, whether full or partial, a written agreement is prepared and provided following the session.
